📅 30-day returns policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it

Be unworn or unused

With tags attached

With original packaging

With receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@homedecorforeveryhome.com. Please do not return any item without first receiving return instructions from us. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is faulty, damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and process it for you free of charge.

⚠️ Restocking Fees for Non-Faulty Returns
If you choose to return a product that is not faulty or damaged, and the reason for the return is not our fault, a restocking fee of up to 35% may be deducted from your refund.

This fee helps us recover some of the original packaging, handling and shipping costs.

Examples of situations where a restocking fee may apply:

You changed your mind.

You ordered the wrong product, size or colour.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:

The returned item is not in its original packaging or shows signs of use.

Customised or personalised items.

Clearance or final sale items.

🔁 Returns
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you already have (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product once your return request has been approved.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, with all original labels and packaging intact.

💳 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be sent to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process your refund.
