1. Where do your products ship from?

At VellightDecor, we are committed to bringing you high-quality products at the best possible prices. To do this, we have set up strategic warehouses in Asia and U.S. Warehouse to help reduce costs and pass the benefits on to you.

We strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery wherever you are.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

Shipping Time

U.S. Warehouse (Fast Shipping): Estimated delivery in 4–8 business days.

Global Warehouse: Estimated delivery in 7–15 business days (up to 20 depending on location and product).

We work with both U.S. and global fulfillment partners to offer exclusive designs at affordable prices. Your patience helps us keep prices low and quality high!

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery time may vary due to customs, weather, or other unexpected events. We appreciate your understanding!

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

4. What makes your decorative lighting system different?

Each product is selected not only for its appearance but also for its purpose of creating atmosphere, warmth and a sense of home. Our lighting systems combine aesthetics, emotion and thoughtful craftsmanship.

5. Can I return or exchange the products I ordered?
Yes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

6. What happens if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We are sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photos of the problem. We will send a replacement or provide a solution promptly.

7. Are your products safe and certified?

Yes. All lighting products are quality and safety tested. We only work with trusted suppliers who meet international safety standards.

8. Do you offer custom or personalized lighting options?
We are working on launching customized products soon!
